Shipping
Trikoterie charges a flat shipping fee of €6.90 within Austria and €12.90 worldwide (International Shipping). You will receive our deliveries by post within 3-5 working days, provided all items in the order are in stock.

However, you can also pick up your order at our shop at Stumpergasse 48, 1060 Vienna. This way you can try on your new favorite jerseys and if the size you ordered doesn't fit you, you can exchange them straight away. This way we save on shipping materials and you save the hassle of exchanging them.

Payment
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Sofortüberweisung and Paypal in our online shop. You can also pay in cash in the store.

Exchange
If you have ordered something and you have misjudged your size - no problem, we are happy to help. The best thing to do is come to the shop and exchange your (unworn) order straight away. Alternatively, you can contact us by email at support@trikoterie.at and we will send you your desired size.

Return
We ask for your understanding that we cannot take back worn jerseys and accessories. Of course, you can exercise your right of cancellation within 30 days and return unused items. Please notify us of returns in advance by email to support@trikoterie or use the cancellation form (according to § 4 Paragraph 1 Z 8 FAGG) and then send it to:
Trikoterie, Stumpergasse 48/3, 1060 Vienna.

Please be informed that as a small label we cannot offer free returns and therefore do not provide return labels. We will of course take responsibility for any items that are delivered incorrectly and will exchange them free of charge.
