We don't believe in rigid collection rhythms, in a division into women's vs. men's designs, and certainly not in "50 shades of beige."

Our approach: always remain curious, never settle for the status quo – hence our motto: "Cycling wear for the curious." There's plenty of boring cycling clothing out there; we stand for individualism and personal development on the bike.

Trikoterie operates at the intersection of art and performance wear. Our jerseys are designed by artists from a wide range of creative disciplines – united by a love of cycling and the desire to brighten up the sometimes monotonous world of road cycling apparel.

True to the motto "Cycling wear for the curious," our artists make fashion statements and allow cyclists to express their taste and identity while riding. At the same time, the artist collaboration offers emerging artists the opportunity to explore a new medium and see their own artwork in motion.

From the very beginning, sustainable production was not a bonus feature of individual jerseys, but an integral part of the company.

Our jerseys are largely made from recycled base materials made from plastic waste (rPET) and comply with at least the Oeko-Tex 100 standard. The base materials used are manufactured in Italy, and the jerseys are printed and sewn by a family-run company also based in Italy.

Our goal is to gradually transition all components of the supply chain to sustainable materials without compromising on quality – sustainability can also be stylish.

The search for the ultimate favorite jersey. Either stylish and incredibly expensive, or inexpensive but not worth looking at. We'd had enough of that and decided to take matters into our own hands – Trikoterie was born.

Trikoterie wants to become a big family, but we started small: founded by Philipp Altenberger, with incredible support from all the artists who contribute love, sweat and jersey designs.

We love cycling. And we believe that cycling is a sport for everyone—not just for those who train hard and push themselves to the limit. Okay, of course, for those too—but also and especially for those who simply enjoy being outdoors, with the wind in their faces and freedom in their hearts. Because it doesn't matter how fast or how far you ride. No matter how expensive your bike is. No matter how old or young you are. No matter whether you're a man or a woman.
