    What does this jersey mean to you?
    It's a connection between my two worlds - work & hobby, so it's kind of one of my dream projects. Since I just started cycling more, I really wanted a jersey with my own illustration on it. It also carries a special meaning: it celebrates the process, which rings true for both creating and cycling. 

     

    What’s the inspiration behind your design?

    While struggling with the direction for this project, I turned to a quote I had written in my notebook some time ago, and it clicked. Creating is somehow like cycling: it takes time to get somewhere, you need to be patient, and you have to enjoy the process to get anything good out of it.

     

    What did you enjoy most in this design process – and what wasn’t so easy?

    The hardest part was the idea itself. I changed it a few times, because I think I put too much pressure on myself, which brought out my less healthy perfectionist side. But the fun part? Putting the design into the jersey mockup, playing with gradients, and drawing the final illustration, specially the red wolf.

    What does cycling mean to you?

    It's my way to breathe, give myself a hug, and simply be with myself, and since I ride mostly on a gravel bike, it brings me closer to nature. It's also a way to connect with like-minded people and share something meaningful together.
     

    A specific cycling experience you want to share?

    I started cycling because I wanted to see places from a different perspective and feel closer to nature, so my goal is all about "the view." There are so many places on my list, like the entire EuroVelo 10 route around the Baltic Sea, Japan, Alps and many more...

    • The base materials used are manufactured in Italy. Printing and sewing of the jerseys are carried out by a family business also located in Italy.

      Our jerseys are largely made from recycled base materials produced from plastic waste (rPET) and comply with at least the Oeko-Tex 100 standard.

    • Since we produce our jerseys in Italy, they generally run small. Therefore, we recommend: if you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
