What was your inspiration for this design?

I wanted to design a colorful jersey that reflects the joy and freedom I feel while cycling. I worked with different dimensions, textures, and details in the various cuts, inspired by the complexity of riding itself.

What does cycling mean to you?

I've been riding a bike for as long as I can remember. As a child, I loved the freedom I gained. I remember my first green Bonanza bike. After that came a chrome BMX with cherry-red tires. I rode that on my local dirt track as a kid. As a teenager, I did a lot of mountain biking, and when I moved to Vienna, I got another BMX before diving into the fixie scene. Back then, there was a group that met every day at Schwarzenbergplatz to practice tricks. It was also the meeting place for the CM, where I met a lot of bike nerds. Sometimes I even rode with Alley Cats. I still prefer riding in the city. It's my favorite mode of transportation. I've had my main bike for 12 years and love it like the first day :)

Your best cycling experience?

The first time I crossed the Williamsburg Bridge from Brooklyn into Manhattan and then walked up one of the major avenues toward Central Park in the urban jungle. It was incredibly beautiful.
